Eligibility requirements
Age from 20 to 40
Graduated from universities or colleges in economics, marketing, commerce, international trade, maritime studies, or related fields
At least 1–2 years of experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, or having good relationships with import–export companies and shipping lines
Good communication and customer-persuasion skills
Passionate about sales, enthusiastic, proactive, creative at work, persistent and determined to complete assigned tasks
Good command of English
Ability to cooperate and share within teams; good health, honesty at work, and a strong sense of responsibility
Job description
Search for overseas freight-forwarding partners, introduce and promote all logistics services provided by ASPRESS SHIPPING VIETNAM
Negotiate with agents and manage shipments, including domestic and international cargo by air, sea, customs clearance, and trucking
Coordinate with operation departments to update shipment status to agents, provide consultancy, resolve arising issues, and ensure the best service quality
Take care of and maintain long-term relationships with existing agents; continuously search for and cooperate with new agents
