Eligibility requirements
Age from 20 to 40
Graduated from universities or colleges in economics, marketing, commerce, international trade, maritime studies, or related fields
At least 1 year of experience in selling LCL cargo or export consolidation
Good understanding of the consolidation market and strong relationships with master consolidators in the market
Good communication and customer-persuasion skills
Passionate about sales, enthusiastic, proactive, creative at work, persistent and determined to complete assigned tasks
Good command of English
Ability to cooperate and share within teams; good health, honesty at work, and a strong sense of responsibility
Job description
Make cold calls, approach customers, meet and introduce LCL rates (Master Consol) to freight forwarding companies and close sales
Manage and update the database of freight forwarder customers
Participate in LCL pricing with the LCL team and exchange cargo with Master Consolidators as assigned by the Team Leader
Regularly contact, inquire, and collect information on cargo volume from freight forwarder companies providing container consolidation services
Be responsible for monitoring and collecting receivables from customers within the company’s required timeline
Continuously update the situation of the import–export market, competitors, pricing, and potential business opportunities
Closely coordinate with operational departments to reasonably and enthusiastically address customer requests, inquiries, and complaints
